§ Google CorpNet Fiber team provided Redundant Campus Backbone Fiber to all new Google buildings in Mt. View, Sunnyvale and Palo Alto Campuses.

§ OSP Conduit Duct-Bank Pathways and Manhole designing for new construction Projects.  Types of new OSP Conduit Distribution Implementations were:   Directional Boring, Joint Trench and Aerial.  Copper/Fiber /coax Cable Media placement.                                 

§ Engineered Copper and Fiber Optics campus backbone Network facilities, coordinated large scale multi building cutovers with Contractors, clients, etc. Updated Campus IT Documentation, which includes, Cable Add, Delete, Change Submittals, UG Drawings, Manhole Details, Building Cable I.D. drawings, TSO Drawings, Fiber Network Drawings, Etc.

University Of California San Francisco (UCSF)2000 to 2011                                                                                             Senior Project Manager / IT Construction Administrator

Nine years as Senior Project Manager for new 43 acre UCSF Mission Bay Campus build-out. Lead UCSF Project coordinator between the internal UCSF Capital Projects Facilities Management team, outside vendors, contractors and internal UCSF IT groups to ensure the integrity of new installations for the campus network and infrastructure construction.        

§    Initiated and managed projects by work breakdown structure (WBS), critical path evaluations, resource planning, project scope, project status reports, meeting minutes, SOW, resource tasking, review of RFP packages, client programming sessions, risk definitions and product analysis.

o       Results:  On-time project completions, staying within budget constraints, seamless Network cutovers and on time scheduled client moves.

§    Led design team collaboration meetings with project key stake holders, IT engineers, architects, general contractors, public service providers, Local exchange carriers, Network and Infrastructure Installers.

§    Created Quality Assurance Labeling standards documentation for contract installers.

§    Developed OSP Telecommunication Manhole infrastructure assignment schedules for tracking and assigning the duct bank pathways for the OSP copper & fiber cable plant.

§    Led strategic forecasting for campus voice line counts and Data port connectivity.

§    Developed Data Base’s, ISP/OSP Copper & Fiber Connectivity schedules, LAN Patching schedules and CAN patching schedules to ensure tracking of all campus network system distribution.

§    Project managed and administered nine new buildings on new UCSF 43 acre campus, including:  Biochemistry, Cancer, Cardiovascular and Neurosciences research, Academic and other Biotechnology research type buildings.  Each building is five stories, averaging ~ 157,000 gsf.
